2. Digital Products & Services – No Refund Policy

Due to the custom, consultative, and non-tangible nature of our digital services—including but not limited to ad campaigns, funnel building, automation systems, software setup, training, consulting, content delivery, and AI integrations—we maintain a strict no refund policy.

Once any payment is processed for services rendered or initiated, the transaction is non-refundable and non-reversible, regardless of usage, results, or client satisfaction, unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.

This includes:

  • CRM and SaaS subscription fees
  • AI bot creation and integrations
  • Digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Consulting and coaching sessions
  • Funnel/website builds
  • Copywriting and creative work
  • Database reactivation services
  • Any third-party software purchases, white-label tools, or plugin costs

3. Subscription & Billing Terms

  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
  • Failed payments may result in the suspension of your account and services until payment is received in full.
  • All charges will appear as Global Uim or UIMHub on your billing statement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel subscriptions by submitting a written request to [email protected] at least 7 business days before their next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

For custom service agreements, a cancellation request may only be approved if:

  • It does not breach the scope of work already fulfilled
  • All outstanding balances are paid in full

Client success depends on numerous variables beyond our control including your industry, offer quality, ad budget, execution of recommendations, and market response.

You acknowledge that Global Uim is not liable for:

  • Any business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data, or goodwill)
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
  • Any platform policy enforcement actions by Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., resulting from client-side decisions, content, or settings.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, access, and assets
  • Remain compliant with advertising platform policies (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or non-compliant activity through our systems
  • Understand that delays or performance gaps due to unresponsiveness or lack of materials will not warrant a refund

7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute violates this policy and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of all services
  • Legal action for breach of contract and collections
  • Reporting to credit bureaus or third-party databases
  • Submission of signed agreements and digital receipts to your financial institution

We reserve the right to collect all fees, legal costs, and damages incurred from fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.

8. Global Coverage & Jurisdiction

9. Platform Compliance

Global Uim adheres to the terms and advertising policies of all major platforms including:

  • Google Ads & Google Business Profile
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

However, clients are responsible for ensuring that any content or campaigns they request do not violate platform rules. If platform access is revoked due to non-compliant client behavior or decisions, no refund will be issued.

10. Exceptions to This Policy

In rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Global Uim, we may issue:

  • A credit toward future services (not a refund)
  • A partial refund if no work has been started and no software/service access has been granted

All exceptions must be documented in writing and signed by management.
